Key counsellor terms

  1. 1. Scope of counselling. You provide counselling according to the client's issues, requirements or needs. At no point may you give medicines or medication to a client through this platform.
  2. 2. Governing law. Any friction arising from your use of this platform is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
  3. 3. Independence. You are an independent practitioner, not an employee of Vedant Minds. The counselling relationship is between you and your client — any dispute between you and a client that needs legal intervention must be resolved between you directly; Vedant Minds will not mediate.
  4. 4. Not a medical provider. Vedant Minds is a platform for counselling, not a medical provider. Neither we nor our counsellors prescribe medicine or medication.
