Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel

  • Cancel 24 hours before your session for a full refund, including GST.
  • Cancel 12 hours before for a 50% refund.
  • Under 12 hours before, or you do not attend — no refund. Your counsellor has held that hour and cannot fill it.

If your counsellor cancels

You receive a full refund or a free reschedule with the same counsellor — whichever you prefer. If it happens inside 4 hours of the session, we also credit your next session by 25%.

How to cancel

Open the session from My sessions and select Cancel. The refundable amount is shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

When the money arrives

Refunds are initiated immediately. UPI and wallet refunds usually land within 24 hours; card and net banking refunds take 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
